Concierge Example - Custom Actions

Automatically register custom_offer and custom_channel handler functions to concierge. Either of the following custom actions(offer|channel) pairs can be created in Concierge Admin. At least one pair of custom actions is required in order for this page to function.

Pair 1: Setup Basic Custom Actions

Custom Offer Name: customOffer

* No required params. Setup any params desired and verify presence in browser console.

Custom Channel Name: customChannel

* No required params. Setup any params desired and verify presence in browser console.

Pair 2: Setup Custom Actions with Amelia Bot

Custom Offer Name: customOfferAmelia

- Required Rule Param: initial greeting (e.g. Need help?)
Displayed directly as text in Custom Offer. Preceeds the hard-coded text in the offer.
- Required Rule Param: vip (e.g. true)
Used to determine what text to display in Custom Offer. Should be true | false.
- Optional Provided Param: displayOverrideDoNotShow (e.g. false)
Used as short-circuit to avoid showing the custom offer at all (when set to true).

Custom Channel Name: customChannel Amelia

- Required Rule Param: domainCode (e.g. moxieguide)
Required to launch Amelia Bot.
- Required Rule Param: processName (e.g. hotel_search)
Required to launch Amelia Bot This correlates to the bpn.
- Required Provided Param: embed (e.g. native)
Required to launch Amelia Bot.
